Series consists of materials pertaining to the 1989 Paris G7 Summit, which took place from Jul 14, 1989 – Jul 16, 1989. Records in this series include major summit documents, minor summit documents, official documents of member countries, records pertaining to bilateral agreements and non-member countries, transcripts of presswire services, and newspaper clippings pertaining to country and issue information. The series also consists of briefing notes produced by the G7 Research Group, as well as publications produced by the G7 Research Group. This series also includes of audio recordings of summit press conferences, briefings, scrums, and media reports, as well as audio recording of G7 Research Group meetings. Finally, this series includes items collected at the Paris Summit.
