Prof. Harney taught both undergraduate and graduate courses in the Department of History from the mid 1960s when he was first appointed to the department. This series contains files for teaching mainly at the University of Toronto, but also one file at the University of California (Berkeley) where he delivered a University Extension course on Western Civilization (ca1963-1964). There is also one file on a course on Ukrainian emigrations offered through the Department of Slavic Languages and Literature taught in 1980-81. Files may contain notes, lectures, course outlines, bibliographies, reading lists, examinations etc.
