History
Prior to the Memorandum of Agreement with the University of Toronto and the Toronto School of Theology, the Director of Graduate Students at Emmanuel College administered graduate degree programs and oversaw academic policies. Prior to the new governance structure at Emmanuel College, the positions of Director of Advanced Degree Studies and Director of Basic Degree Studies were held by two faculty members and then later under one faculty member. Under the new governance structure, the Vice-Principal now holds that position.
