Scope and content
File contains the manuscript score (and annotated copies of the manuscript score) for Holman's Four Elizabethan Love Songs, which contains the following movements: "Shall I come, sweet love to thee" (text by Thomas Campion); "Cherry-ripe" (text by Thomas Campion); "Care-Charmer Sleepe" (text by Samuel Daniel); and, "Would God that it were holiday!" (text by Thomas Deloney). Holman originally wrote the settings for these songs in 1965-1967, and then revised them in 1990. This is the 1990 revised version for voice and piano.
