In the latter part of his career, Professor Griffin pursued an interest in the history of research into liquid helium and superfluidity, particularly that of scientists at or connected to the University of Toronto. This series contains research materials, correspondence, notes and publications related to this historically-oriented interest; addresses given on historical topics can be found in Series 9 - Addresses.
