      Gwen McGrenere is a Catholic Canadian author and poet, focused on the study of mythology, Biblical literature, theology, and science. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English from St. Jerome's University (federated with the University of Waterloo) in 1965. McGrenere worked as a freelance writer for the Catholic New Times, Science for Peace at U of T, Women's Interfaith Dialogue B’nai Brith Canada, and Blessed Sacrament School’s quarterly children’s art, prose and poetry publication. Her book 'Miriam of Nazareth: Who can find her?' was published in 2000, and she received a Canadian Church Press award for her poem "Kingdom: An Interim Report" in 1983.
