In this meeting some important decisions were made.
1) not sending the meeting proceedings to the party members anymore. Becasue previously it was leaked and published on "Dhavasa" Sinhala News Paper; 2) In Jaffna office, 10% income of the parliament members and senetors were agreed to provide for party's funding 3) To gather volunteer forces to fight against China's aggression on India and decided that Sri Lankan government should denounce China and support Indian government 4) discussed about Tamil territorial settlement scheme in Thevi puram and set a deadline to finish things before next January 1st. This meeting notes were signed by the executive secretary Mr. K. Sivanandasuntharam.
