Scope and content
Zuckerkandl explains that he is living with friends, working on a project on Thomas Mann, and spending many hours playing his piano. Zuckerkandl asks if [John David] Barrett [Jr.] has written to inquire about the possibility of holding the next “Atlantic Conference” at Eranos. Zuckerkandl writes about meeting Julliard violinist Robert Mann, who has agreed to play for the attendees at the next conference. This performance will be arranged should the Julliard quartet be available in Lucerne and their cost can be covered. Zuckerkandl is looking forward to reuniting with everyone at Eranos.
