File consists of documents issued by the host cities of the Okinawa Summit, including: Glossy Kyushu-Okinawa, Fukuoka and Nago City guidebooks and pamphlets; "Fukuoka Alive Now" magazine, No. 3; Fukuokoa press kits containing pamphlets, fact sheets, and publications; Book, "Memories of 500 Years: History and Culture of Nago Citizenry", issued by Nago City; Japanese trade, industry, and media promotional publications; "Journal of Japanese Trade & Industry" magazine, Vol. 19, No. 3. File also consists of pamphlets, reports, news advisories, notices, declarations, open letters, promotional publications, position papers, and recommendations issued by non-member groups such as The Jubilee 2000 Coalition, World Wildlife Federation, Japan Peace Committee, Oxfam, the G-8 Preparatory Conference, the Puerto Rico Bar Association, CAFOD, Greenpeace, Medecins Sans Frontieres, Blue Ridge Environmental Defense League, The Japan Peace Conference, Japanese student associations, The World Resources Institute, The Kiko Network, the Citizens' Nuclear Information Centre, BUND, Okinawa Environmental Network, Earth Village, The Dugong Network, The International Society for Mangrove Ecosystems, The DOT Force, the G8 Renewable Energy Task Force, and various other NGO groups, as well as a general listing of NGO Center Programs, NGO Centre schedule, and information for press coverage at the NGO Centre. File also consists of materials relating to various conferences attended by G7/G8 Research Group members, including conference programmes, remarks, and discussion papers.
