Rev. Clinton Rabb was born in Nyack, New York on July 22, 1949. He graduated from Austin College in 1971 with a B.A. in philosophy. He received an M.A. in counselling psychology from Trinity University, and a master of divinity from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary in 1974. He was ordained as a United Methodist pastor in 1975. He worked at the General Board of Global Ministries (GBGM) for 15 years during which he was a missionary in Russia. He most recently worked as the executive general secretary of Mission Volunteers at the GBGM. He died on January 17, 2010.
