Robert Gardner, a second-year major in English, recently won election to the position which previously had been held by a member of the College faculty. Mr. Gardner has served as editor of Scarborough Fair, the College's literary magazine, and has been active in the students' council both as speaker and for a brief time as cultural affairs commissioner.
