File consists of a copy of a lecture by Derek Healey on his remembrances of his composition teacher at the Royal College of Music (RCM, 1953-1957) Herbert Howells. Healey was asked to give this lecture at Westminster Choir College in Princeton, New Jersey, where Howells was to be the featured composer in the Summer term of 2018. Due to a sudden medical condition, Healey did not give this lecture.
