Scope and content
Item consists of 1 audio cassette featuring a recording of a talk given at the Regional Meeting in Waterloo, ON, in May 1983.
Content notes (or transcription) from beginning of the recording: We are part of the same family. Do you feel that? I feel that very deeply. We are linked together. We are beginning to know and love each other. I find it a wonderful thing that time has made us grow closer, like a good wine. It’s true when a friendship has been over a long time , we have trust in each other. We belong to each other. And it’s God who has brought us together. Before L’Arche there were times when we were lonely. But God has brought us all into a community, which are linked to other communities into a big family. But not just here in Ontario but around the world.
