Scope and content
Item consists of 1 audio cassette featuring a talk given at a l'Arche Renewal retreat in Scotland in 1986.
Content notes (or transcription) from beginning of the recording: Talk Two (con't) We must be compelled by the dignity of personhood to respond to the needs of others. Christ is in all of us. If we see that, then justice it's a radical proposition concerning human dignity. Would it be possible to treat you as Christ, as Mother Theresa does? How do we make this a reality? We have to labor for justice. Put ourselves on the line. Talk Three: This word poverty is often confusing to people. It would be good to clarify this. One kind is dehumanization, which is evil. Christ came to change this and calls us to change it too. We are never meant to live in destitution. Next. is death is all its forms, for death is not a good thing. Christ only accepted death to change death. So that we could say "death where is thy sting?"
