Nouwen also gave a public speech on behalf of the L'Arche association of Edmonton. The topic of Nouwen's talk was "From Resentment to Gratitude" given at Grant McEwan Community College in Edmonton, Alberta. Includes travel itinerary, plane tickets, schedule, flyers and brochures. Also includes letters of appreciation from some audience members, a welcome card with pictures of members of "Kateri" house, and a letter from Wayne Holst wishing to see Nouwen while he is in Edmonton.
