Jerry Parr is a retired Secret Service Agent, best known for being one of the agents protecting President Reagan during the assassination attempt on March 30, 1981. Nouwen met Parr at the Convocation lectures, likely at Yale, just prior to the assassination attempt.
File consists of original letters written by Nouwen to Jerry Parr. All letters include their original envelopes, while postcards do not. Includes:
