Subseries consists of reports to and correspondence with various funding agencies that supported the regular operations of Esprit Orchestra, in addition to various special projects, including education initiatives, composer commissions, recording projects, professional development activities, and marketing and outreach. Esprit Orchestra is financially supported by public sector sources, including the Canada Council, Ontario Arts Council, the Trillium Foundation, and the Toronto Arts Council; private sector foundations and donations from individuals and corporations; fundraising events; and revenue from performances, recordings, and broadcasts.
