Note
Note from Michael Colgrass on original envelope: "Central Savings bank book showing my jump in savings when I took over the jazz drum chair in West Side Story on Broadway in February 1959. This bank book is my very first one in New York City, starting in September 1956 when I arrived in town and was living at 254 West 74th Street, then 325 West 75th Street."
Note
Note from Michael Colgrass on original envelope of royalties: "In no order. These are hit and miss, certainly not complete, but they give an idea."
