Scope and content

Subseries consists of records documenting Nevitte’s activities as a co-investigator for the Political Ethics Survey project. The project, which began in the mid-1990s, sought to explore the Canadian public’s ethical standards and expectations of their elected representatives. The records reflect several iterations of the project beginning in 1996 and later throughout the 2010s. Included are project outlines, literature reviews, codebooks, questionnaires, datasets, figures and tables, notes, and summaries.

Digital files in this series consist of drafts of consent forms, questionnaires, interview scripts, and the ethics board application from 2017 to 2018.
