Content notes (or transcription) from beginning of the recording: Side One: The reflection questions for the small groups are: Where do I believe in myself? Where do I doubt myself? Side One then ends with a song. Side Two: This topic is important to me. This is where we begin to bridge from us to the other. Take you time with this as we are going to talk about anxiety today as it's natural in walking with another. We will be talking about creating sacred space to welcome another and being fully present. How do I help to create and expand that sacred space?
