File consists of the manuscript score and a typeset copy of the score for an arrangement by John Beckwith of excerpts from St. Paul by Felix Mendelssohn. The arrangement was written for and performed at the "Sharon Remembered" concert at Music at Sharon (July 6, 1991). Arranged for soprano and baritone solos with flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, horn, trumpet, trombone, percussion, violin, cello, bass, and SATB chorus. The excerpts from St. Paul were:

  • Jerusalem : aria (soprano solo)
  • How levely are the messengers : chorus
  • And Saul made havoc : recitative (soprano) ; Consume them all : aria (baritone)
  • And as he journeyed : scene (soprano, baritone, SA chorus)
  • Rise up, arise! : chorus
  • Sleepers, wake : chorale.
