History
Denis Brott, cello, was born in Montreal, Quebec December 9, 1950. He started teaching at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto in 1978 (artist-in-residence, 1990-1991), where he coached the St. Lawrence String Quartet, and taught at the University of Toronto Faculty of Music from 1980 to 1989.
