File consists of undated, standalone, and loose photos of the Henri Nouwen, his family, and friends. Photograph details as follows:

Henri Nouwen and John Mogabgab. Taken in April 1979, Nouwen and Mogabgab are seen, from the waist up, standing in an office at the Abbey of the Genesee with their hands casually on their hips, while looking at the camera. Nouwen is wearing glasses and a gingham jacket over a collared shirt and tie. The back of is stamped: 985. The back of the photo has been annotated in smudged black marker by an unknown hand: April 1979 Genesee. The back of the photo has been annotated in pen by Laurent Nouwen: John Mogabgab.

Henri Nouwen with an unidentified man in August 1966 outside of the Hesburgh Library at the University of Notre Dame. Standing with the library's reflecting pool of water visible behind them, the men are seen smiling at the camera. Nouwen is dressed in black and wearing a clerical collar. The back of is stamped: Kodacolor print Made by Kodak Aug. 66R. The photo was removed from a photograph album as indicated by remnants of glue tabs on verso.
