Note
Photographer: The Centennial Photographic Co. [William Notman and Edward Wilson] In 1876, William Notman partnered with Edward Wilson and formed The Centennial Photographic Co., which held a monopoly on photographs taken at the Philadelphia Centennial Exhibition (see: the entry on William Notman in the Dictionary of Canadian Biography). It is possible that all of the Centennial International Exhibition featured here are Notman photographs.
