Scope and content
Item consists of 1 audio cassette featuring a talk given by Dr. Peter Kyne at L'Arche Daybreak in November 1987. The talk was titled "Stress".
Content notes (or transcription) from beginning of the recording: The beginning of the work on "stress" started in Canada. Two general facts from this work: 1) stress is not necessarily a bad thing. 2) But there is a reality of too much of it whereby one more additional stress undoes us, like the straw that breaks the camel's back. But here we are talking more about psychological or emotional overload, but probably the same two principles apply.
