Scope and content
Item consists of 1 audio cassette featuring a talk given by Fr. Colin Maloney at a Sisters' Retreat at Morrow Park [ON] in the summer of 1976.
Content notes (or transcription) from beginning of the recording: When we reflect on our lives and our actions, how fragile our days actually are. Hard for us to believe that God loves us. It is the basic act of faith. It goes beyond my experience and the evidence before me. I ground my hope in God's goodness. We are like St. Peter. Do we believe that it is radically important to God the question of "do you love me"? Peter knows Jesus knows everything, including his denials, But can Peter believe despite all of that, that his answer matters?
