Scope and content
Item consists of 1 audio cassette featuring a talk given by Joe Egan in September 1983. This was a Vision Talk for the L'Arche Daybreak community.
Content notes (or transcription) from beginning of the recording: I will start with a reading from John's Gospel (12:24-26) about the grain of wheat that must die. I always wonder in advance what I might say on this weekend! Yet I am not too surprised that I have things I want to share. It's important for me to announce our way of life. I picked this reading because it is the essence of what we are called to live as L'Arche assistants and what L'Arche is called to in its vocation in the world.
