Sub-series consists of records related to the Registrar's activities in relation to the Board of Regents and the Senate of Victoria University. The Registrar is involved in the elections of both bodies and acts as the secretary to the Senate. Records relate to the administration of elections, participation in Senate committees, annual reports and statistics summaries presented to the Board and Senate as well as correspondence.

There was an inconsistency in how the records in the office were organized over the years. The Archivist has created the sub-series to organize like records together.
